Yes the lockout is being continued and doesn't look any better.
The Judge will decide to lift the lock out or let the players union and the NFL go back to discussing.
Von Miller, linebacker that just graduated from Texas A&M that was projected to go top 5 in the draft. Von had entered the Players Union and will not attended the draft.
