Kobe Stopper.
The new Kobe stopper had the same last name as the former Kobe Stopper, Tony Allen from last season.
Before Sunday's showdown in L.A., we wondered out loud if anyone on the Celtics could step up and fill the so-called "Kobe Stopper" role that Tony Allen held last season. Turns out the name on the back of the jersey didn't even need to change.

Mann I was rolling for like 15 minutes after this video. A spin off of Bron Bron's Nike commercial, "What should I do?" I know Brett Farve has had a wonderful carrer, but even all 5 brett fans, have to think this is funny.
Steelers Work On Taking Ben Roethlisberger Back
Roethlisberger, his supporters say, has grown up. He had to. The face of the Pittsburgh Steelers franchise stood in front of an angry and disappointed city this past spring, at the precipice of losing everything. In April, prosecutors had decided not to charge him with sexually assaulting a woman in Georgia, but he was facing a six-game suspension by the NFL. (It was later reduced to four.)
He had two Super Bowl rings, and a locker room many suspected he had lost. Team president Art Rooney Jr. said Roethlisberger had to work hard to earn back trust. On the field, it's clear the 28-year-old quarterback has done that. He has hobbled around on an injured foot, toughed out a broken nose and led the Steelers to the AFC Championship Game, which will be played Sunday night at Heinz Field against the New York Jets.
Off the field, Roethlisberger has spent the past nine months lying low. He's rumored to be engaged, a claim his camp will not confirm, and no longer travels with bodyguards or entourages. Last night NFC's #6 seed Green Bay Packers went into #1 seed Atlanta Falcons, and murded the dirty birds. Final score- 48 to 21 and all with the help of that guy, QB Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers went 31 for 36 for 366 passing yards with 3 touchdowns. He also ran for a touchdown. He got the ball to 8 different receivers and he looked unstoppable. Rodgers will play either Seattle or Chicago next week. Packers also had the help of CB Tramon Williams who had 2 picks, one of them that set of a touchdown drive by Rodgers and another one for a Touchdown. Green Bay is starting to look like a favorite.

What's next Cam?
Looks like Cam Newton has decided to enter the 2011 NFL Draft. Experts say he's not as good as a Blaine Gabbert or a Jake Locker, but in my eyes you can't pass up on a dude this size and talent. Sure, he needs to get his passing and decision making right, but I feel like if you put him in a organization with offensive veterans he can shine. So a team like the Redskins, Titans or even the Seahawks would be a perfect fit. Especially the Seahawks or Redskins because if you put a young player underneath a veteran quarterback and allow him to learn for a few years he can turn into something great. But of course Cam will probably want to be drafted high though, to a Bills, Raiders, or Panthers. That would only set him up for disaster.

Superbowl 2011
Superbowl '11 is NOT looking so hot. What kind of game will this be? I mean, the two teams who played in last year's superbowl lost in the first round of this year's playoffs. This is one thing that kills my spirits for sports. Especially football. You can have an undefeated season team face a team with a terrible losing record in the playoffs and if the undefeated team loses they're immediately out of the playoffs! What kind of shis-cla-bib-la is that?

This is what all of us Saints fans were doing when Lynch of the Seahawks ran the ball 67 yards for a touchdown breaking a good 5 tackles. LSU came out successful in the Cottonbow but the Saints will not be going to the superbowl this year. See them next season.

Yes, Im Seriously Blogging About BET's Show "The Game". Blah. This Show Is Not The Show For Me Anymore, Nor A Lot Of Its Viewers. The Premiere(Jan. 11) Was A LOT Of Hype. It Was Not At All What Fans Of The Show Thought It Would Be. Here's My Opinion On Why This Show Is A Fail. STEREOTYPE!

Seattle coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday the Seahawks would like to bring quarterback Matt Hasselbeck back for the 2011 season. Carroll said the team would like to do "everything we can" to have Hasselbeck return for an 11th season with the franchise. Hm....They Are Up To Something.
