The President Of Y.M. Mack Maine Recently Gave The Reason Behind The Carter IV Delay.
["He's still perfecting a few things, he's a perfectionist ... changing a few lines," Maine said in an interview. "We also have a huge record that wasn't done yet. We're in L.A. right now. Sources say that The Carter 4 that was suppose to drop May 16 will be June 21.
No one has any idea of why it was pushed back, but my guess is the 5 million that he has to pay the IRS.

[Webbie, whose real name is Webster Gradney Jr., was riding in a rental car that was stopped Monday south of Nashville. Authorities say the 25-year-old rapper from Baton Rouge, La., was found with $13,000 and 2 ounces of marijuana.
